Equipment
Our manufacturing equipment includes Davis Standard extruders, a 36” high speed Cook cabler, planetary cabling, the latest generation of Clinton spark testers, a Mazak SQT CNC machining center, laser cutting, and a variety of specialized equipment custom designed to produce specialized cables.
Cable Type
We manufacture single, multi-conductor, and multi-paired conductor constructions with up to 200 conductors. Typical conductors include tinned copper as well as silver copper and bare in a wide range of stranding options from 10-26awg. We build cables of any size up to 1.25 inches in diameter using a variety of thermoplastic compounds.
Indoor/Outdoor use
Where are you planning to use your cables? We offer a wide range of materials for indoor, outdoor and hybrid use for all of our cable types, including data, audio, video and lighting applications.
Flexibility
Depending on your application intended, we can offer a wide range of flexibility ratings up to 10 million flex cycles.
Temperature
We test our cables over a wide range of temperatures to ensure performance and durability to your specs. We offer ratings from -55C to +265C in ambient air as well as submerged in oil and in wet environments.
Shielding
We offer a variety of shielding options including aluminum mylar, tinned copper braid, combination shields, and water blocking materials.
UL/CSA Approvals
We have a multitude of UL/CSA approvals for everything from complex CMP (plenum) hybrid fiber/copper cables to 300/600V SEOOW and AWM styles and everything in between.
